Service Description

Services provided include: Social support Providing social support and connection in the home, as well as support attending and participating in community groups and events. Kate is trauma informed and has extensive experience with mindful mentoring and cognitive based therapy. Kate is passionate about supporting clients with Anxiety, Loneliness, Chronic Pain, Grief and loss, Adjustment issues, Difficulty coping with illness and Functional decline or sensory loss. Cleaning & Household Tasks Help with daily tasks around the home including washing, changing sheets, ironing, assistance with cleaning, meal preparation and grocery shopping. Light gardening including weeding, pruning and keeping your plants thriving. Transport Assistance with transport and travel to get you to social outings, shopping and appointments. Note - Kate has current First aid and CPR training but does Not provide any personal care services to clients.
